Creamy Berries ingredients
3 baskets ripe strawberries
sugar, to taste
3 tbsp (45 ml) gelatin
5 tbsp (75 ml) water
6 eggs whites
How to make Creamy berry desserts recipe
Puree berries with sugar. Sprinkle gelatin over water and let stand for 5 minutes. Place container of gelatin in hot water to dissolve, then stir gelatin into puree.
Whisk egg whites to from stiff peaks; fold into berries.
